Studio 29 Salon Policies

At Studio 29, we truly value you as a client and are comitted to providing the best service possible.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our salon policies below. 

Appointments & Scheduling

  • All appointments can be booked online through our official booking links for Selena and Madison.

  • Please arrive on time so we can give you the full experience you deserve.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service total).

  • No-shows may be charged the full price of the service scheduled.

This helps us manage our time and offer available slots to other clients.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you’re running behind — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Deposits & Payments

  • Some services (such as extensions, bridal styling, or color corrections) may require a non-refundable deposit.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, VENMO, CHECK or cash at the time of your appointment.

Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment.

  • We’ll happily make reasonable corrections to ensure you love your result.

  • No refunds are given on completed services.

Products & Retail

  • All product sales are final to maintain health and safety standards.

Photos & Social Media

  • We love showcasing our work!

    By receiving services at Studio 29, you grant permission for stylists to take and share photos of your hair results on our official social media platforms.

  • If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let your stylist know beforehand.
